There is no doubt that all these bags have the advantage of multiple re-use however for us to highlight one as being preferential to another on environmental grounds is at present not possible.
The main benefit of NWPP are that the bags are re-usable & 100% recyclable.
Other benefits include:
- Non Woven PP is composed of fine fibres and reinforced by heat-sealing, spun bonded fabrics which improve the softness to touch.
- Non Woven PP is lighter than that of polyester and nylon but is still far stronger and sturdier than both.
- Non Woven PP fibre has excellent chemical resistance from corrosion so its physical properties are unlikely to be affected by any chemicals or solvents.
- Non Woven PP is made from hydrophobic polypropylene materials, making it water repellent, machine washable and also has an excellent air permeability.
All dyes used are not harmful and are colour fast.
